Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive an authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all seals are intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return label and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
